Our short team goals are to build a base and a model that provides an opportunity for young irving players to develop under a professional sports setting and to be proud of playing for the city of irving.

⦁ Coach Jorge "George" Garza has been coaching at the youth level for over 14 years. From his humble beginnings at the local YMCA his path lead to coaching in recreational, then academy and eventually in the competitive side of North Texas soccer. Throughout his coaching career coach "George" has always looked at the players full untapped potential instead of just their current abilities.

⦁ Coach Paul Medeles has been coaching youth soccer at the rec, academy, and competitive level for over 15 years and has played youth soccer for over 15 years where he started in the Oak Cliff Soccer Association.
⦁ He stared his coaching career in Irving Soccer and has steadily grown through the ranks of coaching and current holds a state D license.
⦁ Coach Paul believes in player development is the most important part of building a team and great soccer environment for is players.
⦁ Coach Paul hopes to instill confidence and courage for all his players and prepare them for growth throughout there soccer careers.
